Renovate with the Same Footprint

I wanted to share this amazing use of space within the footprint of a home.
Both projects are pretty cleaver design and renovation using the existing footprint, one opens up an internal wall from the lounge to the kitchen and the other one an external wall.
The internal wall renovation, as you can see still can pull a sliding door to block of the spaces but when they are open it creates an amazing space and flow.
The external wall and the new paving stones on the porch really open up this space creating an amazing indoor and outdoor flow.
I really love how they have used the wall for wall to wall shelving utilising the whole space which de-clutters it and makes it a feature at the same time.
